The following terms are used in these Terms with the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the 768be website, its mobile version, and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "Player" refers to a person registered on the platform who is bound by these Terms.
• "Account" refers to a single personal account opened in a user's own name.
• "Bonus" refers to the welcome bonus or any other promotional reward offered by 768be.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added to an account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of taking funds out of an account.

768be always reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any ambiguity, this Bengali-language version shall be considered the authoritative text.

The following conditions must be met to use the platform:

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of both accounts.

• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any attempt to access another person's account is illegal and will result in immediate account closure.

The designated payment methods for deposits and withdrawals at 768be are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

• A deposit will be credited to the account only after it has been successfully confirmed. 768be is not responsible for delays caused by the payment gateway.

768be offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions and is subject to the general policies described below.

Welcome bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering requirement example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 (1,000 × 25) in bets before withdrawing that bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

• A bonus may only be used once. If the same person claims a bonus through multiple accounts, both accounts will be cancelled.
• A bonus cannot be withdrawn without being wagered. If a withdrawal request is made after accepting a bonus, the bonus will be considered void.
• Bets placed with a bonus in certain games or game categories may not count toward wagering requirements. The detailed terms of each promotion will be listed on that promotion's page.
• 768be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games available at 768be — slots, casino table games, fishing games, live casino, cricket betting, and other sports betting — are subject to the following general rules:

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair play.
• Once a bet placed by a player has been confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, the bets for that round will be refunded.
• If a player attempts to exploit a software bug or technical vulnerability, their winnings will be considered void and their account will be suspended.
• Markets and odds displayed in the sports betting section may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, 768be reserves the right to hold or void payment following an investigation.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and depends on valid betting activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 768be:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to defraud the system using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus or promotion.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Harassing, abusing, or defrauding other players.
• Attempting to identify or exploit security vulnerabilities in the system.
• Treating our staff in a disrespectful or threatening manner.

768be reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Unusual or suspicious activity on the account.
• Instructions from law enforcement or legal obligations.
• Extended inactivity (more than 36 months).

A player may also close their account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advised to withdraw any available balance before requesting account closure.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
